Virtual receptionist · Edmonton & Sherwood Park

Missed calls still get a name.

After hours and overflow, the line can still take a name, a number, and what they need. You get a clean note. A person still takes the job that needs a person.

How it works

We map one narrow call flow first. Then we expand after you have reviewed the notes.

01

Missed or late

The call arrives after hours, on a job, or when the desk is already on another line.

02

Intake

It asks for name, number, area, what they need, and when to call back.

03

Clean note

Staff get a short summary. Not a voicemail they have to replay twice.

04

Human handoff

Emergencies, payments, and angry customers go to a person. You still own the job.

What it should do

Alberta shops stay responsible for what the system says. Keep it narrow, honest, and easy to escalate.

Good first use

  • After-hours plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and shop calls
  • Overflow when the office is already on a line
  • Name, number, address, urgency, callback window
  • A note in email, CRM, or a shared inbox

Leave with a person

  • Safety, gas, medical, or legal calls
  • Payments and complaints
  • Anything that needs a promise on the spot
  • It should say it is AI. It should not pretend to be staff.

Jordan Hale and 780-555-0142 are a sample script, not a client story. We map the flow for your shop before anything answers a real customer.

Before you book

Can it replace my front desk?

Usually no, not first. Start with overflow and after-hours. Staff still take the calls that need judgment.

Can it book appointments?

Yes later. Booking should wait until the intake script, escalation rules, and the note to staff are reliable.

Is it safe for customer calls?

It is safer when it is transparent, logged, reviewed, and built with a human exit for urgent or sensitive calls.
