After you own the system Ownership = software, data, and codebase are yours when setup is fully paid. It does not mean free forever management. If we are still managing the website, updates, and ads, you keep paying the same $667.49 / mo. If you stop later, pause rules apply and we hand over logins, code, and paid deliverables.
Ads · $513.45+ Ad spend only (base ~$500 before tax, tax included in the figure shown). You approve it. High season can go higher. Not mixed into the $667.49 service fee. Phone line / handset is your cost. Optional commission only on a written revenue hit (e.g. $200K → $10,000 — no tax in that commission number).

If payment is late

  1. Monthly or quarterly not paid by the due date can draw a late fee of 10% of that unpaid amount (minimum $75 CAD, tax included).
  2. Quarterly: if still unpaid 30 days after the due date, the late fee is applied and we send written reminders.
  3. 30 days after that late-fee step (about 60 days past due), if still unpaid, we stop all active work (build, content, ads management, support) until the overdue amount + fees are paid.
  4. Quarterly: after 3 written reminders and 60 days without that quarterly payment, we may take the website(s) offline until paid.
  5. Monthly: after 2 missed monthly service payments, we may take the website(s) offline until paid.

If you pause or exit

  1. You give 30 days’ written notice that you want to pause or end management / wind down.
  2. You pay 2 months of monthly service ($667.49 × 2) to cover the notice and shutoff / handoff work.
  3. In that window we run the shutoff and delivery process: hand over everything already paid for to that date — passwords, logins, access keys, the code, and the research / intelligence tied to amounts paid.
  4. Unpaid setup quarterlies and any late fees stay due as written in the contract. Ownership of unpaid work does not transfer until setup is fully paid.
Goal: keep the system on when payments are current; protect both sides if pay stops. Full legal wording is in the Capture contract (Alberta). We always prefer a call and a catch-up plan before shutoff.
